Brahad Elastomers Pvt Ltd (BEPL), founded by the late Shri Ramananda Bellare, has been a trusted silicone rubber component manufacturer for over 27 years. Known for high-quality silicone moldings, extrusions, and RTV products, BEPL supports the Make in India initiative by offering import substitution for customers previously sourcing from Europe and China.
With a skilled workforce, many serving 10-25 years, BEPL ensures consistent quality and customer loyalty. ISO 9001:2015 certified, the company is preparing to meet IS13485 standards with a clean room setup for medical devices by December 2024.
Committed to flexibility, efficiency, and excellence, BEPL aims to expand its customer base in 2024-25 and beyond.

Our Founder

Brahad Elastomers Pvt. Ltd was born from the vision of Late Ramananda Bellare, a pioneer in India’s silicone rubber industry. With deep technical insight and a passion for innovation, he was among the first to recognise the potential of silicone rubber in specialised applications over 27 years ago.

A gifted visionary with exceptional machine knowledge, he personally designed and developed the company’s first silicone extrusion machine—laying the technological foundation for Brahad's precision manufacturing capabilities. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence shaped the company’s ethos and set high standards in product quality and innovation.

His legacy lives on through the values he championed and the strong foundation he built for future generations.

His deep technical expertise and commitment to quality have helped the company build a strong reputation as a trusted supplier of precision silicone components across industries including healthcare, automotive, electrical, and consumer goods.

A firm believer in continuous innovation and ethical business practices, Mr. Bellare has led Brahad Elastomers from a small-scale operation to a dependable partner for global and domestic clients. Under his leadership, the company continues to grow through diversification, R&D investment, and a focus on sustainability.

Nisha recently joined Brahad Elastomers to lead business development and drive strategic growth. She focuses on expanding into high-impact sectors like medical devices, EVs, and sustainable menstrual hygiene. With a vision for innovation and collaboration, she is steering the company toward diversification, global partnerships, and purposeful scale.

Born in 1955, did schooling from Bangalore Seshadripuram High School, 11th and 12th from M.E.S. College Malleswaram, shifted to Mumbai in 1971, graduated from Bombay BSc. Joined GoldSeal, worked for 12 years as Assistant to Marketing Manager, and finally joined Exma Traders Pvt Ltd as Director handling All India Market in the after sales sector.

Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Instrumentation from BITS Pilani; and a Masters Degree in Systems Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio, USA in 1991. Worked in the software industry for 30 years; and have now trying to contribute to my family business in rubber products.

Company Mentor

Graduated with a BCOM in 1962 and started my career with Hindustan Levers but quickly moved on to sales with the automobile rubber products industry. Subsequently, in 1986, co-founded Avesta Enterprises that specialises in automobile rubber products. Have experimented with a wide range of rubber formulations and am still looking for more.
